Sanders Middle School

Sports physicals will be offered at Laurens District 55 High School on Wednesday, 04/23/25, at a reduced price of $20 (payable by cash - no checks/cards). Participants should report to the atrium of the gym building at the high school at 5:00 p.m. The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form must be completed by a parent/guardian and presented at the time of the physical. Printed forms are available in the gym at SMS. Any student planning to participate in a sport next year, must have a completed physical before practices begin.
